Five Tips To Be Happy

Hello, Internet!

Today, I'd like to share with you some tips on being happy that can help brighten your day:

1) Do what makes you happy
If it makes you happy, then do it! (As long as it has a positive influence in your life) Stop worrying about what others might think or say about whatever you're doing. If it makes your life worthwhile, it shouldn't matter to others what exactly it is.

2) Accept change
Our lives are constantly changing. We're always meeting new people, going to new places, and seeing new things. If we are stuck in the past, anything unfamiliar becomes unpleasant. Don't have the mindset that things "won't be the same" or "as good as they used to be."By accepting change, it makes us understand things better and can help us feel better about what we are doing.

3) Treat everyone with kindness, compassion, and respect
By treating everyone with these traits it makes people feel happy, and what's better than making people feel happy? Happiness spreads. Having others around you who are happy can help you feel happy and nice too.

4) Think positively
Now, this might be hard, but even a little optimism can go a long way. Just by thinking "I can do it" instead "I can't do it" helps make an impact in your feelings and in helping to achieve the goals set up for yourself.

5) Smile
Smile! It's contagious! Just by smiling it can boost your mood and happiness levels. Even smiling at someone can make you feel better, not just them too! J

I hope these tips helped! Keep smiling!

Welcome!

Hello, Internet!

According to Albert Einstein, "Happiness can be found in the darkest of places, as long as one remembers to turn on the light." I completely agree. My goal in making this blog is to help people achieve happiness and greatness.

I believe that people can choose to be happy. When people are happy it helps make the world better by reducing all the negativity. If I can make at least one person happy, or feel better about themselves, it can cause a chain reaction inspiring others to make a change for the greater good.

Not only does happiness have emotional benefits, it also has physical ones. Trying to be happy isn't always easy, but that's why I'm here to help.  Let's think of me as an "elder sister" of the internet.

I sincerely hope that this blog can help as many people as I can and as possible. I truly wish to help people aspire to be at the peak of their self confidence.

Carpe Diem,
Rolee Sharma
